If not, January is the perfect time to sit down and think about what you want to achieve. 

I want to help you think about goals in a slightly different way. I see goal-setting as a self-care tool. Goals help me take care of my future self, and that’s really important to me. 

In this episode, we’re talking about two types of goals (achievement and growth) and how to approach each of them. It’s important to me that you know that one is not better than the other, they’re just different! Maybe you’ll choose one or the other to work on in 2022 or maybe you’ll choose both! Hopefully, this episode helps you decide.
