Where in your life are you making yourself wrong? How is that holding you back?
What I mean by “making yourself wrong” is telling yourself you are wrong for thinking, feeling, or doing something.
In this episode, I’m sharing 8 areas where you might be making yourself wrong. I've done all of these, and if I could go back and change anything on my journey, I would not make myself wrong for any of them. I would liberate myself from the self-judgment that I was wrong. I can’t go back and change that, but I hope that I can liberate you by telling you to stop making yourself wrong!
The reason this is so important is that if you’re telling yourself you’re wrong, you’re less likely to try new things and you’re more likely to quit, and I don’t want you to let your inner critic talk you out of doing something amazing.
In Today’s Episode We Discuss:
As you go through your week, notice the areas where you’ve been making yourself wrong and think about how you can release that idea. Your journey might not always look the way you expect it to, but that doesn’t mean you’re doing it wrong.
