The reason that I decided to do this is that people don’t always think of the time we spend in our own heads as time-wasting, but it is. That mental chatter really does suck your time as well as your mental and emotional energy.
I’ve identified these eight mental time sucks as I've worked with hundreds of women in their pursuit of working less, and now I'm going to share them with you.
I want you to reconcile and overcome these eight things so that you can spend less time to get more done.

My goal for this episode is that you become aware of how much time these things are taking from you. Once you’ve identified them, you can make a conscious decision to end the mental negotiation so that you can get back to the work of your business and your life.
