There are a lot of thoughts and feelings on this topic, and I think some of them are holding you back from getting the free time you deserve, without you even realizing it.
It’s all about the implicit belief systems that are keeping you from taking more time off or enjoying your time off.
I’m going to ask you some questions in this episode, so grab a pen and paper, and get ready to write down your answers. Give yourself plenty of time to answer these questions so that you can really dig in and start to unpack your beliefs.
If you’re not happy with your schedule, we have to start by changing the way you think about time, so let’s do it.
