You’re not the only one. It's a hard habit to break, but I’m here to help you so that you don’t have to do it alone. I’m going to help you break the habit of not keeping promises to yourself and replace it with a strategy to help you keep those promises.
Scheduling is an important part of this. Creating a schedule for yourself is an act of self-care. In fact, I think it’s the best act of self-care. A schedule is made up of the promises that you make to yourself about how you’re going to spend your time.
