Scheduling is an important part of this. Creating a schedule for yourself is an act of self-care. In fact, I think it’s the best act of self-care. A schedule is made up of the promises that you make to yourself about how you’re going to spend your time.

In Today’s Episode We Discuss:

I want you to practice the steps that I outline in this episode. Committing to this process will uplevel your trust and confidence in yourself. You deserve to be able to trust yourself, so let’s make it happen.
