Do you pride yourself on having a pretty high sh*t tolerance?
Is it possible that that’s not such a good thing?
This episode is inspired by one of my mastermind students as well as the transformation that I have gone through this year. There has been a lot of shedding of baggage, and that has been so freeing.
I’ve always had a pretty high tolerance for things I don’t like and an ability to push through, but I realized that that wasn’t making me happy. Eventually, I hit a ceiling and knew something had to change.
If you’re someone who is pretty resilient and can handle having a lot thrown at you but you’re starting to feel like you’ve hit your max capacity, this goes out to you.
In Today’s Episode We Discuss:
What do you want? That’s the question I want you to ask yourself when you finish this episode.
If you’re starting to think about what the next year might look like for you, I hope this episode helps you with your planning and goal-setting.
Start by just doing one or two things to reclaim your schedule. Make decisions for yourself and not to please other people. You don’t need to change everything in one day, but small changes over time will move you towards the life you want to be living.
