Do you have any New Year’s rituals or traditions?

I get a lot of questions about my goals for the new year, so I thought it would be fun to talk you through how I set some of my goals and prepare for the new year. My family and I have a New Year’s ritual that we like to do together to start the year off on the right foot.

My hope is that this episode will inspire you to start your own New Year’s Eve or New Year’s Day ritual if that’s something you’re interested in. It doesn’t have to be the same as ours, but it should feel right for you and your family.

I find that this is a more thoughtful way to celebrate than spending all night at a party and then feeling drained and groggy on the first day of the year. Maybe a party is perfect for you, but I at least want you to think about it.

In Today’s Episode We Discuss:

Let me know what you do to celebrate the New Year! I’d love to hear about any rituals that you already have or any that you want to start.

You might have heard me mention that my friend Rick Mulready and I have set a goal to have 50 fails in 2022 to get more comfortable with failing. If you want to follow us on that journey, follow the hashtag #50fails on Instagram.
