What if failure could be a good thing?
This episode is the second half of our discussion on goals. In the last episode, I taught you about the two gaps in the goal journey: the gap from where you started to where you are, and the gap from where you are to where you achieve your growth goal.
To follow on from that episode, I wanted to talk about failure. Failure is how you close the gap between where you are to where you achieve your growth goal. I’d even go as far as to say that experiencing failure is the reason that we set growth goals in the first place.
Because failure is the path to achieving your growth goals, I want to use this episode to offer you a new way of thinking about failure.
