What do you think of when I say the words “self-care?”

Bubble baths, face masks, and nail polish?

The truth is that self-care is not just about bubble baths and it’s not just for women. It’s something that looks different for everyone because it’s really about listening to your body and integrating things that work for you into your daily life.

I invited Tara Wallace to join us for this episode because she has a wealth of knowledge in this area that I think we could all benefit from. Tara Wallace is a celebrity trainer to the stars, body architect, movement specialist, and an advocate of self-care, self-love, and sobriety!

She’s talking about how so many of us are not setting ourselves up for success because we’re not looking after ourselves and what to do about it. She’s covering everything from getting enough water, sleep, and exercise to making time for your friends, hobbies, and favorite things.

In Today’s Episode We Discuss:

Making time for yourself and following through on taking care of yourself are life-changing skills. Self-care looks different for everyone, but what’s important is that you listen to your own body and needs.
