Why is movement so important for you as a coach?
You may not think that movement and mobility have much to do with building a business, but this year I’ve learned that movement is imperative to high cognitive capacity. In this episode, we’re joined by a special guest, Rodrigo Gallego, to teach us how to get moving.
I asked Rodrigo to help me with some of the questions I had about my own health and I wanted him to share some of these tools and strategies for movement with you too because I know I’m not the only one who’s struggling with this right now.
As a coach, it can be easy to spend eight hours a day in front of a computer screen and forget to move your body. Rodrigo is sharing some short and simple practices that you can incorporate into your day (I like to call them movement breaks) to help you sustain your energy, coach at a higher level, and improve your health and longevity.
Rodrigo Gallego is a mobility and movement coach who specializes in helping busy adults reclaim their capacity to feel good and move better in the long term.
