Today we’re talking about mom guilt, and how important it is for you to have your own definition of what a good mom is so you can stop guilting yourself for not living up to someone else’s.
I am featuring some unproductive habits as a contrast to last month's topics where I featured productive habits this month, and this thought process is one of them!
When I say unproductive habits, what I really mean is anything that is happening in your mind or behavior that is leading you to not use your time in the highest quality way.
I think it’s important to talk about these things as unproductive habits and behaviors rather than seeing them as things that we identify with or things that are wrong with us.

Remember, working does not make you a bad mom. I actually believe the opposite to be true. You working and following your dreams makes you a better mom, and I hope this episode helped you to see that.
