In this episode, we are talking about the fear of planning or making a schedule ahead of time. 

What this really comes down to is a fear of commitment.

I have so many clients that come to me and express fear or worry in this area, so I am covering three main reasons that you may be scared to commit to a schedule or plan.

If you can identify a reason why, you have the power to change it.

You can also use what I teach you in this episode and apply it to your relationships or other areas of your life because the same thinking patterns apply in a lot of areas.
