Stopping a procrastination habit is easier said than done, right?

I'm going to give you some actionable steps to help you stop procrastinating and start accomplishing those things that you’re pushing off.

Now, this doesn’t mean that you will never procrastinate again, but it does mean that you will be able to start strategically crossing some dreaded tasks off your to-do list.

I want you to start practicing what we talked about. Make a procrastination list, a done list, start scheduling things out from that procrastination list, and finally, don’t forget that sometimes you will be successful and sometimes you won’t.
