What if you could live a semi-retired lifestyle right now?

In this episode, we’re talking about the way to make that happen. The answer lies in unboxing your schedule.

Recently, I was getting coffee with my semi-retired dad, and I realized that I basically have the same schedule as him. I want to share how I created that schedule through my Whole Brain Scheduling system that I teach in my Mastermind. Over the next two episodes, I’m giving you the CliffsNotes version of that system so that you can understand it and start to look at your own schedule in a completely different way.

If you’re someone who feels like schedules just don’t work for you, I want you to listen to these episodes with a willingness to learn about scheduling in a way that you’ve never heard before. Maybe it’s not your fault that a schedule has never worked for you! Maybe it’s just the way that you’ve been taught to schedule that doesn’t work.

This system is going to change everything for you and finally give you a schedule that sticks.

In Today’s Episode We Discuss:

Look at the schedule you’re making and how it makes you feel. This will give you an indication of whether your left thinking or left emotional brain has been involved in creating the schedule that you have. Don’t try to change it yet, just notice what’s happening in your brain.

The next episode is all about the right brain and how to bring all four parts together to create a Whole Brain Schedule.

If you want to learn more principles like this, you should apply for the Unbusy Your Schedule Mastermind. We dive deeper into Whole Brain Scheduling and so much more. To apply, visit and click on "Mastermind."
