Have you been watching Ted Lasso? If you have, you’re going to recognise the lesson in this episode.

I’m talking about The Goldfish Effect and how you can incorporate it into your life and schedule.

This is the last of the five steps to keeping promises to yourself that I introduced in the last episode. We covered the first four steps in that episode, so if you haven’t caught it yet, you might want to go back and listen to that one first.

The Goldfish Effect has to do with how you react when you don’t keep a promise to yourself. This is super important because it teaches your brain how to move forward. I’m teaching you how to make sure that you are treating yourself with kindness and setting yourself up for success.

In Today’s Episode We Discuss:

If you commit to building this skill for the next 30 days, you will be setting yourself up for any level of success that you want in 2022. You’re gifting future you with the skills she needs to reach her goals and achieve her dreams.
